CarDiagram is constantly updated rating of the cheapest cars in Ukraine in 2018. We are constantly monitoring prices for cars, so in our TOP budget cars always up to date information.
When forming the rating of cheap car, we consider:
promotional offer;
the presence of cars from official dealers;
the presence of cars on the online markets;
the availability of very cheap equipment.
As the hryvnia is unstable, for convenience, we indicate prices in dollars at the actual exchange rate.
Please note that the only criterion by which we select the cheapest car in the TOP is their cost. Therefore, in our rating can get several models of the same manufacturer. If you are interested in not so much the cost of the car, but its efficiency, then you need to move on to rating the best cars on fuel consumption.

Do note that the rating budget car was not included the sensational Bajaj Qute. We have not included it in “thirty” for one simple reason — Qute is not car from a technical point of view. This four-wheeled motorcycle with a cabin like a car.

Peugeot 108 ($13 400)
The Peugeot 108 is the smallest car in the model row of the French brand. Though not the cheapest — 301 sedan will cost you a little cheaper.
The hatchback comes with an economical liter gasoline engine, which consumes on average 4.2 liters of fuel per 10 kilometers.
Kia Rio (from $13 150)
The cheapest Kia in Ukraine is a Rio sedan. The car is equipped with 1.2-litre petrol engine.
Trunk far the largest in its class — 389 litres. For example, Renault Logan, Peugeot 301 can accommodate more than 500 liters.
Citroen C3 (from $13 000)
C3 is one of the cheapest car in the lineup of Citroen. The hatchback comes with a 1.2-liter petrol engine capacity of 82 horsepower.
The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
Average fuel consumption is 4.7 l/100 km.
Opel Corsa ($12 950)
For the minimum price the dealers offer a 3-door Opel Corsa with a 1.2-liter petrol engine capacity of 70 horsepower.
The average car consumes 5.4 litres of fuel per 100 kilometers.
Volkswagen Polo Sedan (from $12 900)
For a minimal price you can afford exclusively the Volkswagen Polo sedan. For $12 500 you will be offered a car with a 1.6-liter petrol engine capacity of 90 horsepower.
In the combined cycle Polo consumes 5.7 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers. The main competitors of Volkswagen Polo sedan:

Nissan Micra (from $12 450)
Nissan Micra – a car in Ukraine is scarce. Nevertheless, you can find it in the showrooms you can still. The dealer offers the car with 1.2-liter petrol engine capacity of 76 horsepower.
In mixed cycle “micro” consumes about 6 liters of fuel per 100 km.
Fiat Fiorino (from $12 400)
Fiat Fiorino is the cheap imported van in Ukraine. For less than $10 000 you get a car with a 1.4-liter gasoline engine with an output of 77 horsepower.

Jac S2 – Chinese compact crossover. Comes with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine capacity of 113 horsepower.
