It is better to eliminate from the diet.
Experts at the American heart Foundation has warned of the dangers of consuming certain products, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Clutch.
Namely those, which contains a lot of saturated fats, TRANS fats and sodium, contributing to the development of processes that increase the risk of heart attack.
“The type of fat that a person eats, can largely determine the risk of heart attack. Saturated fats and TRANS fats raise the level of cholesterol in the blood and along with this the frequency of heart attacks,” say the doctors.
These foods include: butter, chicken skin, fatty meats, fasfud, coconut and palm oils, chocolate and confectionery.
TRANS fats most often are made of oil treated by the method of partial hydrogenation. The results of the study showed that TRANS fats can raise LDL “bad” cholesterol that increases the risk of cardio-cladistic diseases. These foods include: butter, margarine, mayonnaise, cakes, chocolate, pastries, popcorn, refined vegetable oil.
Excessive consumption of sodium is also fraught with health problems.
“Reducing the amount of salt we eat is the first step towards a healthy heart. Most of the added salt in the diet comes from canned or processed foods such as prepared soups, pastries and frozen dinners,” reported the doctors.
