The Apple Watch Series 7, which will be released later this year, would have a screen with thinner edges. Only next year would the tech giant bring a cheaper watch and extra sturdy model on the market, reports news agency Bloomberg based on Insiders.
Apple would use a new technology for the upcoming Watch, bringing the screen closer to the glass. However, this would make the model a bit thicker.
According to Bloomberg, the new Apple Watch will also get a faster processor and improved wireless connections. A redesigned ultrawide-band chip would make location determination more accurate.
Bloomberg reported earlier that Apple is working on a cheaper watch and an extra sturdy variant. It looks as though these models will come on the market next year, reports the news agency now.
The tech giant would also be working on a watch that can measure blood sugar. It may take several years before this model comes on the market.
