The school N1 of the city Spas-Demensk of the Kaluga region seventh grade pupil, armed with a kitchen knife, attacked his classmate. In the incident, the injured student suffered minor injuries, and attacked him, the teenager was hospitalized, according to the Investigative Committee.
According to authorities, the incident occurred at about 08:25, before the first lesson, when the teacher left the room for a cool magazine. At this time, the seventh-grader was attacked with a knife on another student. The wounded teenager was able to repel the assailant and escape. Later he was given the necessary medical assistance and he was allowed to go home.
The attacker himself decided to jump in the window, located on the third floor of the school, however far away he failed. He is in the hospital with a suspected fracture of the spine.
Upon the incident the investigative agencies of the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Kaluga region opened a criminal case on signs of the crime provided by part 3 of article 30, article 105 of the RF criminal code (attempted murder).
The law enforcement officers have managed to speak with the victim and his classmates – they deny the existence of conflict between the two teenagers. As it became known, attacking anyone not in school were closed, and, recently, her classmates avoided contact with him.
“Investigators continue to investigate the living conditions and education of minors in the family and school. Participants of incident on preventive censure was not. The criminal investigation continues,” – concluded in the UK.
Bastrykin has taken control of the criminal investigation into the stabbing at the school
