Yarmolenko – fourth Ukrainian, who scored in the European Cup 20 goals


Winger Borussia Dortmund Andriy Yarmolenko in the Champions League match against “Tottenham” scored jubilee goal in the competition.

In the times of independent Ukraine, only three players were able to repeat the achievement Yarmolenko – the owner of “Golden ball” Andriy Shevchenko, the former forward of “Dynamo” Sergei Rebrov and a veteran of the capital club Oleg Gusev.

Yarmolenko scored goals in the European Cup opened in the 2010-2011 season, catching the eye in the match with Belgian “Gent” in the third qualifying round of the Champions League.
