Europe has long refused from harmful palm oil and margarine, scientists have proved that it is an absolute deadly poison. And in Russia, food corporations continue with impunity to poison the entire population, which causes dozens of fatal diseases. First and foremost in children and adolescents.

That palm oil is poison, today everyone knows. And everyone knows that it is even fried in sunflower oil. And that is why it is harmful, I will explain not everyone.
And even scientists have long to explain could not. Only the latest research conducted by the European Agency for food safety (EFSA) and the joint expert Committee on food additives (JECFA) made it possible to definitively answer the question of what is harmful palm oil.
In the production of food at high temperatures (above 200 degrees) and, in particular, with the refining and frying vegetable oils and fats are formed harmful substances. Meanwhile, these substances were discovered in the seventies of the last century, however, a detailed study of their harmful effects on the human body began only recently. And today proved that these compounds are extremely toxic.
3-MCPD and its derivatives (esters) is the strongest poison for the genitourinary system: it leads to pathologies of the kidney, causing kidney failure and cancer of the genitourinary system. In addition, this substance may cause anemia (anemia), it is toxic to the nervous system and fetus in pregnant women.
Even more dangerous glycidyl esters — they affect genetic material cells. That is their main danger is that genetic changes can be transmitted to posterity who never took these substances. In fact, the baby is born, it is already “poisoned” palm oil.
European scientists have found that glycidyl esters are striking in the nervous system and lead to male infertility and the formation of a huge number of malignant tumors.
Dangerous even bread and coffee
What foods contain glycidyl esters and 3-MCPD? It turns out, almost all ranging from French fries, fried doughnuts, sausages and ending with the seemingly “harmless” like coffee, bread, toast and noodles.

Experts of the International Institute of life Sciences (International Life Sciences Institute) classified all refined vegetable oil and fats on the content of the malicious factions into three groups.
The first — with a low content of 3-MCPD: sunflower, rapeseed, soybean and coconut oils (use in moderation is relatively harmless).
Second — with an average content of 3-MCPD: olive, peanut, corn, safflower, cottonseed and rice oils.
The third group — with a high content of 3-MCPD: all hydrogenated fats (including margarine), palm oil, solid frying fats. All of this in its purest form is an absolute poison!
The European Agency for food safety (EFSA) at the request of the European Commission (EU governments) held a huge, long-term study to learn: how harmful refined oils. And found that safe level of consumption of such substances as 3-MCPD is 0.8 mg/kg of body weight person per day. If more people start dangerous consequences about which we said above.
But for glycidyl ethers such “harmless” minimum at all. That is, it is hazardous in any concentration — as mercury or cyanide. It’s in the food should not in principle.
Poison for the little ones

After the scandal erupted, the members of the European Federation of fat and protein industry (FEDIOL) were forced to sit at the negotiating table with the European authorities and to agree on joint work to reduce levels of 3-MCPD in oils.
Industrialists reluctantly agreed to reduce the content of glycidyl ethers, in all of its oils to 1 ppm (1 mg/kg of product). And by 2018 all of Europe will be legislated severe restrictions on the content of the glycidyl ethers and 3-MCPD in foodstuffs, and primarily in baby food.
Naturally, manufacturers will have to change all of their technology, developed over decades. But the health of the population — more immediate benefits food corporations.
When and soy sauce — poison
Sorry, about the long struggle waged by scientists and the European Commission against the corporations (and which still ended with the victory!) in Russia is almost unknown.
On supermarket shelves are still full of all kinds of crackers and cookies, frozen burgers and fries, dried cream and corn flakes… And all those foods that are prepared exclusively on the basis of margarine and palm oil — so again this is absolute poison!
The corporations sell this stuff, get richer — and the people is slowly dying out. When the government of Russia — after the European — also think about legislative restrictions to “oil” production? “SP”: — Where do these harmful substances are taken in food? The only thing is that the producers of malicious use cheap and therefore dangerous technology?
— 3-MCPD is representative of a class of substances called chloropropanol. And the first in importance source of their formation is fats in their contamination with chlorine or using hydrochloric acid in combination with heat when they are received.
A classic example is the high concentration of 3-MCPD in low-quality palm oil used, as you surely have noticed, unscrupulous food producers.
The second source is a disposable filter bags for tea, coffee, herbs, paper filters. 3-MCPD is formed in them from the adhesive resins used in the production of insoluble paper.
The third source is the sauces of fast preparation. You throw an inexpensive, soy sauce, rice and think it’s a useful vegetarian dish, not knowing that in a bowl of lethal concentration of 3-MCPD.
And it was produced as a sauce by boiling soy extract in hydrochloric acid (this is the technology that is used for the fast industrial production of soy sauce, to accelerate the destruction of the soybean protein).
The fourth source of 3-MCPD is a variety of plastic packaging. The most striking example is protein sausage casing, which are considered the most safe. But we forget to mention that they are safe if made in an expensive technology. And in cheap packages of 3-MCPD very much.
