There are three degrees of myopia: weak, medium, and high. Myopia can be congenital or acquired.

Exercises

First exercise – frequent blinking eyes, that is, within minutes, you must quickly and continuously blinking. After a short pause repeat the exercise.

The second exercise is that you severely screwed up your eyes for 3-5 seconds as possible. Then open your eyes. Repeat the exercise 6-8 times.

There is also a special technique for the eyes, the so-called yoga. It was invented in 1920 by Dr. Badem. It includes a series of simple exercises that help to relieve eye fatigue, relax eye muscles, improve vision. So, we go to yoga. Vigorously RUB your palms together and then apply them to your closed eyes. You can perform this exercise several times a day. The combination of heat and darkness help to relax the muscles of the eye.

In the sitting position, place your index finger at eye level. Bring finger closer to nose, trying to keep clarity of vision. Then remove the finger so far as it allows hand. Then again bring it closer to the nose. Repeat the exercise 20 times as slowly as possible.

To relieve fatigue and improve vision, the eyes follow the rotating motion, not stirring. For a start lock before the point, then look up, down, left and right. Move the view to the center. Then you can do circular movements of the eyes in a clockwise direction. Move the view to the center, performing the first exercise. In the end, follow the circular movements of the eyes counter-clockwise. Move the view to the center while performing the first exercise.
