Wilder will fight with American Brizilan

WBC Deontay Wilder (40-0-1, 39 KO’s) learned the details of his next fight.

Reputable portal “BoxRec” reports that the next fight Wilder will take place on may 18 in Brooklyn in the arena “Barclays Center” and the opponent “Bronze bomber” will become the mandatory Challenger Dominic Brazil (20-1, 18 KO’s).

Originally, Wilder planned to start in 2019 with a rematch against Tyson fury (27-0-1, 19 KOs), but the Briton has signed a contract with the promotional company “Top Rank” that led to the failure of talks on re-battle.

It is assumed that the battle of the Wilder-fury will take place in the second half of 2019. American has waived the 120-millionnov deals from “DAZN” (two interim fight and two fights with Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KO’s)) and have begun negotiations with “Top Rank”.

As for Brizola, the 33-year-old American in 2016 already tried the champion title, but in the UK a knockout lost to Anthony Joshua. Portal “BoxRec” puts Brizil on the ninth line in a rating of the best heavyweights of our time.

Deontay Wilder in his last fight in December of last year was in a step from defeat against Tyson fury, but twice sent the Briton down and managed to get the judges draw.
