What to do for upset stomach?
To sit on diet. It is necessary to exclude from the diet all foods and drinks which will further irritate the stomach wall. The same goes for cigarettes – they have to give.
The infusion of blueberries. A tablespoon of dried berries, pour a glass of boiling water, allow to cool and infuse, strain and drink 0.5 cups 2 times a day.
Chamomile tea. For its preparation you will need a tablespoon of chamomile flowers and 250 ml of boiling water, which you mix together and boil for 15 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat, let it brew, strain. Divided into three equal parts and drink in the morning, afternoon and evening.
To drink more water. Doctors suggest for upset stomach and other digestive disorders to drink plain water without gas, whose temperature should be slightly above room.
It is advisable not to self-medicate, and immediately at the first symptoms of indigestion to go to the doctor.
