Vuelta-2019: Colombian Quintana the winner of the second stage

The Spanish Cycling race mountain completed a 5-hour stage.

Captain
“Movistar” and one of the main contenders for victory in the race to Nair Quintana productive
attacked three kilometres from the finish and allowed the chasing group to catch up
yourself. Quintana scored a second victory in the Vuelta and eighth races of the Grand tour.

Nicholas
Roche finished second and first in 2013 captured the red Jersey of the leader
in the overall standings. Yesterday’s leader Miguel angel Lopez from “Astana” now only
fifth.

Ukrainian
Mark Padun at the finish of the second stage was the 49th behind Quintana in 1 minute
and 43 seconds. In the General standings the captain of the “Bahrain Merida” is located at
38-th position (+2:05).

Monday’s Vuelta a 188-kilometer stage with the finish in Alicante. Participants
the Spanish race will overcome two mountains third and final segment
stage suitable for sprinters.
