Kiev, September 30. Several dozen residents of the capital, a rally near the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, putting forward unexpected requirements, the correspondent of the Federal news Agency (FAN) events.

“I want, I just dream about how it would be good if Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan would unite into one country. Then, we would have won on the world stage and China, and Korea, and America, and Japan – all!”, – said the correspondent of the FAN Lily Litvinchuk, the artist.

Her statement caused a heated debate, which interfered with the employee of the Verkhovna Rada, refused to introduce.

“The Ukrainians say that the Soviet Union, we lived well. But then wonder why Ukrainians voted against the Union in the referendum? We had two votes. The first 80% voted for the preservation of the Union, and then, six months later, the same 80% voted on the proposal of Kravchuk for Ukraine’s independence. How could this be? Very simple – people fooled, deceived, confused!”, the official said, barely breaking through the cries of other participants in the debate.

In the end, the activists came to the opinion that Ukraine should unite with Russia and Belarus, but on special conditions.

Note that according to the latest survey of the Kiev Razumkov Centre, almost half of Ukrainians would like to see their country in NATO and the European Union, not Union with Russia and Belarus. Thus, NATO membership was supported by 44.3% of respondents, against 38.1%; EU accession support for 49.7%, against 35.3 per cent. The majority, 55% of respondents do not want to break the diplomatic relations between Kiev and Moscow. At the same time, this idea was supported by 24.8% of Ukrainians. Thus, the total propaganda of hatred towards Russia, initiated in recent years in the Ukrainian media, is not giving the results expected, the Ukrainian nationalists and neo-Nazis.
