UEFA has suspended the Russian club from participation in UEFA club competition

The European football Union (UEFA) for two years suspended Kazan “Rubin” from a European performance.

The chamber of arbitration of body UEFA financial control has punished “ruby” for violations of the terms of a three year settlement agreement for the observance of the rules of financial fair play, reports the official UEFA website.

“Ruby” will not play in Europe, if in the next two years will play in the European cups. Kazan residents can appeal the UEFA decision at the court of arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

In 2014, the UEFA for violating the rules of financial fair play has fined “the ruby” for € 6 million. However, the club continued to make
costly transfers, which amounts to several times the income of the club from the sale of players.

Rubin – another Russian club, ignoring the rules of financial fair play. Earlier, UEFA fined “Zenit”, “Anzhi” “the locomotive” and “Krasnodar” and “Dynamo” Moscow received a one-year suspension from European competition.
