Dinner: steak, green salad, a glass of fresh fruit juice.
Day six
Breakfast: a Cup of coffee without sugar and milk or green tea.
Snack: a glass of natural yoghurt and one banana.
Lunch: chicken breast, green salad, Cup of black coffee without additives.
Dinner: steak and green salad.
The seventh day
Breakfast: a Cup of coffee without sugar and milk or green tea.
Snack: one banana.
Lunch: steak and green salad.
Dinner: green salad and a few slices of cheese.
The result after such a diet is impressive: nearly two weeks you can get rid of 4-8 kilograms (everything individually).
