Experts conducted a study, which analyzed the state of mental and physical health of persons aged 18 to 25 years. The scientists also took into account the preferences of the volunteers in the food, their physical activity level and socio-economic status.
It turned out that people who consume more foods in their natural raw form, so don’t suffer from anxiety than those that consume foods in boiled form.
The results of the study showed that it is necessary to pay special attention to the positive impact of raw food on mental well-being.
As a result of the research, the scientists named the ten products most consumed people with high levels of mental well-being. The list includes fresh berries, cucumbers, kiwis, carrots, bananas, apples, citrus fruits, leafy greens dark in color, grapefruit and salad.
