Scientists at the McMaster University (Canada) set the number of servings of dairy products reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and premature death.

The experiment showed that those who ate more dairy products (servings a 3.2 average), reduced the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and other causes by 2.2%, compared with people who did not use them.
According to scientists, the most useful turned out to be low-fat dairy products (2.9 portions), which reduced the likelihood of premature death 1.1%.
