To obtain a non-immigrant University in Turkey is impossible.
The U.S. Embassy in Turkey announced the suspension of the issuance of nonimmigrant visas at all U.S. diplomatic missions in the country.
The decision of the U.S. diplomatic mission was taken because of the arrest of an employee of the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul.
“Recent events have forced the United States government to rethink the obligations of Turkey the security of U.S. mission and staff,” said the U.S. Embassy in Ankara.
Earlier, the Turkish court arrested the employee of the U.S. Consulate Metin Topuz on charges of having links with the organization of the opposition Islamist preacher Fethullah Gulen.
