The Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev said on air of “First channel”, which considers a realistic scenario with oil price at 40 USD per barrel.
Ulyukayev noted that a price level of us $ 30 per barrel is too low: “I believe that it is extremely low value. We have a scenario from my point of view, much more realistic – at $ 40 per barrel. I believe that now we all focus about the figure”.
The Minister said: “we have a stressful scenario at $ 25 per barrel. We believe that we should be prepared for short-term tests of this kind, but we do not anticipate that in the course of the year on average will this price hold on”.
Earlier it became known that the Minister of oil of Venezuela has proposed to “freeze” nefteprovoda to lead the market from the crisis caused by oversupply. With this proposal in February, he toured several oil-producing countries, including those visited Russia, Iran, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
