Russia is facing record capital outflows.
For the last 6 months has accelerated the outflow of capital from Russia. The country has already lost more than 17 billion euros.
Investment climate in Russia as of 2018 is too low. For the first half of this year, the outflow of capital from the country was accelerated as much as 20% and reached 17.3 billion U.S. dollars. By the way, for the first 6 months of 2017, the Russian Federation has lost 14.4 billion dollars.
Investors do not want to invest in the collapsed economy of Russia, which is absolutely unpredictable and corrupt. Investments in non-banking sector of the Russian Federation over the past six months fell as much as 2.4 times, amounting to only 7.3 billion dollars. For comparison, over the same period in 2017, the investment reached 17.5 billion dollars.
It is important to note that these are official figures of the Russian Central Bank completely controlled by the Kremlin. Their veracity called into question – the reality for the Russians can be much more depressing.
