4. A mustard bath. Recipe: in warm water to dissolve 200 g of dry mustard, the consistency should be like mashed potatoes without lumps. Then, fill the bathtub with water whose temperature is not below 37 degrees and add mustard mixture. Take a bath before sleep, but to be in it more than 15 minutes is not worth it.
