For Studio MDHR to achieve similar sales results — great success.
The last time the team MDHR talked about the sales of their debut game Cuphead almost a year ago — then, the authors reported three million copies sold. And now the Hollywood Reporter has published information about four million copies, reports the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference on 3dnews.
New heights the project has reached thanks to the release on the Nintendo Switch, which took place on 18 April 2019. Prior to that Cuphead was only available for the Xbox One and PC. On these platforms the game appeared on 29 September 2017.
For Studio MDHR to achieve similar sales results — great success. This is a small team of seventeen people, which is now working to Supplement The Delicious Last Course, which will be released in 2020. The exact date the team is not yet ready to report.
With the release on the Nintendo Switch Cuphead got a free upgrade across all platforms. Patch added subtitles in several languages and a choice of a new character in a single pass, as well as improved performance.
