“The bodies of the sailors missing in the collision of USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) and a merchant vessel, was found,” – said in an official statement.

Search-and-rescue team found them in the compartments of the ship, which was deformed during the collision. These parts of the ship were flooded, said the leadership of the fleet.
