The international Olympic Committee has not yet received $ 15 million from the Olympic Committee of Russia (OKR), said the head of the IOC Thomas Bach.

“We have not yet received the money”, – quotes its words of RIA “news”.

Bach clarified that these funds were spent on the development of a global anti-doping system, this issue is a special group, whose mandate was extended.

The head of the IOC also said that the decisions of the court of arbitration for Sport (CAS), meet Russian athletes, who had previously been barred for life by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) from participation in the Olympic games for violating anti-doping rules, demonstrate the urgent need for reform of the internal structure of the CAS.

“As for medals (after the revision the results of the Olympic games in Sochi in 2014 – approx. VIEW), we should wait until all legal remedies are exhausted”, – he said, noting that the redistribution of medals will be held at the Olympics-2018 in Pyeongchang.

Earlier on Sunday, former President of the world anti-doping Agency Richard pound said that the world anti-doping code should be amended after the decision of the court of arbitration for Sport (CAS), meet Russian athletes.
