The death toll from floods in Siberia has risen to 25

In the Irkutsk region of Russia in the floods killed 25 people, and the number of missing had risen to 11.

The Ministry said that six people were looking for in Tulunskiy district, four – Nizhneudinsk area, one in Taishet. Since the beginning of the flood alive found 38 people. At the moment the water remains in 149 houses of Sochi, home to 372 people.

We have previously reported that the elimination of consequences of floods in the Irkutsk region, including the provision of housing and the rehabilitation of roads, according to preliminary estimates, will cost at 31.2 billion rubles (490 million dollars). These figures were announced on the basis of the sectoral ministries. This amount included the expenditure on the construction of new housing for those who lost, as well as the purchase of housing on the secondary market, and the cost of repairing the roads.
