The costs of implementing the Federal target program (FTSP) socially-economic development of the Crimea may grow to 56-70 billion rubles, said on 4 September the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov.
As “Vedomosti” he said that after Glavgosexpertiza estimated cost of the number of objects was increased, a “political decision” they made. “The total amount – from 56 billion up to 70 billion rubles, and the government [of Russia] discusses the sources [of financing],” said Aksenov journalists in Simferopol.
At the end of August the Deputy Minister of the Crimea Vitaly Nahlupin said that writing almost a third of the objects of the Federal program of development of the Crimea will be moved in 2018: “of the 113 objects of the Federal program, scheduled for commissioning in 2017, 37 objects, according to our estimates today are more likely nevvoda this year”. According to Nahlupina, the main reasons for the lag in construction of objects of the Federal program are associated with poor preparation of project-budget documentation: “this was Done poorly, not in terms, with huge improvements in the next period.”
The Federal program of development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020, adopted in August 2014, then it changed. The latest in November 2016, the cost of the Federal program of development of Crimea and Sevastopol increased by 9% to 769,5 billion rubles (in prices of respective years).
