With the help Yandex.Refills can pay for petrol or diesel directly online, without even leaving the car while filling the employee fills fuel tank. The app is in the pan with Yandex.Money, not surprisingly, but yet to pay for petrol only for petrol stations LUKOIL, and that is a very big minus.
