As well as a healthy diet, which is based on: whole grains, vegetables, fruits, vegetable oils, legumes and nuts; seeds, olive and canola oil, mackerel, herring, apples, pumpkin, celery, oatmeal, chickpeas, lentils.Besides, it is better to give up sweets, sausages, unhealthy fats, smoked meats and alcohol.
