A complaint against St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko has submitted to the city Prosecutor’s office a group of non-partisan deputies of the legislative Assembly. And now the “troublemakers” from the city Parliament has already asked the Prosecutor of the city Sergey Litvinenko to take measures of prosecutorial response to the violation of article 5 of the law of Petersburg “About systems of payment of workers of state institutions.”
