Age – the fun is no obstacle.
The idea to make this photo project, visited the Moore Vidler when he saw a man at the age of 60-something years old, dressed in leather clothes, dancing in a gay club. The photographer realized that he wanted to capture people who don’t give up with age.
Moore, Vidler (Muir Vidler) was born in 1975 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He currently lives in London. Works in the genres of portraiture and reportage photography. He was shooting for GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Esquire, the New York Times Magazine and Time.
Photo project “Rebels without respite” (Rebels Without A Pause), Vidler dedicated to British nonconformists of the 60-ies. These party-goers and rebels in the retirement age do not wish to change a way of life.
Isobel Varley entered the “Guinness Book of world records” as the most tattooed woman in the age. Her husband has no tattoos. “The first tattoo I’ve done in 48 years, since they just added. I also love piercings, I have pierced ears, nose, nipples, navel, Clit, everything they could. In my biography of wild things, but I have no regrets”.
