To participate in the study, the researchers invited 10 people from 45 to 75 years. All subjects were observed for signs of dementia and other disorders. Participants told the professionals how much time they sit while working.
After that, subjects were sent for an MRI. On examination, the experts noted that low activity relevant to the area of the hippocampus, parahippocampal and entorhinal cortex. The medial part of the temporal lobe was less than the prescribed norms.
