The women’s tennis Association (WTA) introduced an updated version of world ranking.

The strongest tennis player of Ukrainian Elina Svitolina at Roland Garros in the third round sensationally lost Michaela Buzarnescu and are unable to defend the points of last year’s quarterfinals. The Ukrainian lost the fourth row of the unexpected finalist of the French Open Sloane Stephens.

From the leading in the world ranking Simona Halep after the second season of the Grand slam tournament Svitolina will trim already 2765 points.

The biggest progress among Ukrainians made Lesya Tsurenko – from Kiev to Paris for the first time reached the fourth round, which allowed her to get back in the top 35. From a personal record (29 row), Tsurenko will trim nearly 200 points.

New personal record was marked by an 18-year-old Dayana Yastremsky, which occupies a 140-th position.
