In Spain at the request of Russian law enforcement officers detained the architect Nana Hernandez-Getashvili, who is suspected of embezzling funds in the construction of the mansion of the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov. According to investigators, the architect received from the family of an official of several million euros for design services, but its work was never done.

It is known that Hernandez-Getashvili arrested in Spain during a short trip. At the moment Spanish police released the suspect under a written obligation to appear for questioning. The situation is complicated by the fact that the architect has a dual citizenship — Russia and Portugal. In the near future Moscow will send to Spain the materials of the case and the request for extradition.

According to “Rosbalt”, Chemezov and his wife conceived the project of a Grand mansion in Zhukovka, a total area of over 4 thousand square meters, with a swimming pool and a winter garden. The building was planned to install inlaid marble floors, doors of sandalwood and mahogany. Finishing materials, furniture were brought from Italy. In reality, the project of your dream home have failed.

“Professional architect has fulfilled only the first stage of the project, and all further work was carried out from the paper, without the construction documents and preliminary estimates, there were big problems with communications.
