“Let’s just say, they look absolutely unfounded these statements, they are not based on how much credible data is not backed up by some reasoning. It just looks like, you know, this slander of defectors, something like that. I would not like to trust such unfounded statements,” – said Peskov, commenting on an interview with the former head of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory.

Peskov also added that the Kremlin, rather, adheres to the same point of view that the Minister of sport Vitaly Mutko, has already spoken about publishing. “I urge guided the assessment of this interview, which he gave to the Minister Mutko. And, rather, we align ourselves to his point of view,” – said Peskov, RIA “Novosti”.
