At least three people, including two children, were killed and 20 were injured as a result of severe sand storms that struck the Pakistani port city of Karachi in the South.
According to the publication, the reason for the man’s death was falling on his tree. Details of the death of two children who were killed in different incidents are not specified.
The channel also notes that, because of the weather eight fishermen went missing after their boat capsized off the coast of Karachi.

Director, Meteorological Department Pakistan (PMD) Sardar Sarfaraz said that sandstorm was stronger than expected. The wind speed reached 65 km/h and visibility was less than 500 meters.
