Olympics 2018: gold medals for Norway, USA and the Netherlands


On the 23rd winter Olympic games in Pyeongchang played medals in ski racing, snowboarding and speed skating.

A sensational winner of the 30-kilometer skiathlon was the Norwegian seamen Kruger, ahead of star compatriots Martin Sundby and Johannes, Clebo. Kruger at the end of the penultimate lap decided to solo attack and didn’t catch up. The whole set of medals in this discipline went to Norway.

American Redmond Gerard became the youngest Olympic champion in snowboarding in U.S. history. 17-year-old athlete won the slopestyle and became the second winner in this event after compatriot Sage of Kotsenburg.

3. Mark McMorris (Canada) – 85,20

The skaters and the second gold went to the Dutch. Sven Kramer for the third time in a row won the Olympics at a distance of 5000 meters, which before no one could. An added bonus for Kramer became the Olympic record.
