Scientists said about the dangers of this popular dishes, like scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon in the morning. In their opinion, regular use is associated with a high risk of extra pounds, but also serious problems in the body.
Swedish researchers from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm made a conclusion that even a small amount of roasted meat, provided the daily consumption significantly increases the likelihood of developing pancreatic cancer.
“50 grams of roasted red meat, eaten every day, increase the risk of developing pancreatic cancer by 19%. 100 grams of this food (about as much weigh two traditional slice of bacon to the scrambled eggs) increase the risk already 40%,” — shared his find doctors.
At the same time scientists from the medical center at Harvard University examined the Association between regular use of fried bacon and risk of stroke in humans.
Scientists were observing the way Americans eat, and concluded that they consumed excessive amounts of grilled meat and bacon. The specialists have estimated that 360 grams of grilled meat (bacon), absorbed daily, increases the risk of stroke in men by 28% and in women by 19% compared to those who every day eats 90 grams or less.
Those for whom it is important to eat Breakfast protein, doctors recommend to consume boiled chicken eggs or chicken breast without resorting to the traditional bacon and eggs or sausage.
