6 bad eating habits
All of these habits in daily diet lead to digestive disorders. So experts recommend to refuse them.
To chew gum. If the stomach is empty, and you chew gum, this may result in damage to the tissues of the stomach.
Just chewing gum stimulates the digestive juices, and acid once enters the stomach. Experts suggest chewing gum to use after eating.
To make quick salads for a snack. With food it is impossible to hurry, even if you have decided to make a salad for a snack. Often vegetables badly washed and it ends up getting infection.

Wash dishes with a sponge. Sponges and towels quickly collect all sorts of microorganisms that are able to remain on the dishes.
