Summer is a time of berries, it’s time to try something new the miracles berry diet!
The berries have a low energy value (calories), while filled with fiber and vitamins. This is a healthy and tasty diet for a week where you can lose up to 5 pounds.
The menu of this diet is approximately the same for each day of the week, but a combination of berries in any order.
Berries that are recommended on this diet: blueberries, blueberries, currants, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, cherries and strawberries.
Per day recommended to eat no more than 1.5 kg of berries.
Except berries, in the diet there is sour cream 10% fat (so that the vitamins from the berries was better assimilated), vegetable broth, cucumbers, tomatoes and boiled chicken breast or lean fish.
Menu berry diet
Breakfast: berries with a dollop of sour cream. Herbal tea without sugar.
Afternoon snack: berries.
Lunch: Vegetable soup, or a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes, 200 gr. chicken breast or lean fish, cooked without oil.
Dinner: salad with berries and a spoon of sour cream.
