Scientists want to establish a base on the moon.
NASA has announced plans for lunar exploration after sending on the earth’s satellite, American astronauts. The moon will become a springboard for the preparation of expeditions to Mars, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
American scientists had planned a landing astronauts on the moon in 2024. Also they have quite ambitious plans.
So, the moon planned to build a permanent base where you will be able to live the four astronauts. They will have a passenger Lunar Rover Terrain Vehicle that can transport specialists for short distances.
The astronauts will have to find methods of producing from local resources of water, oxygen and fuel. Also on the moon will experience state of the art robotics.
The moon base should become a base for the preparation of the landing on Mars.
