Experts have called the world’s best cities to live in.
The capital of Iraq Baghdad is recognized as the worst city in the world for quality of life. That rating the best and worst to live in published international consulting firm Mercer.
The rating specialists Mercer took into account housing conditions, availability of consumer goods, public transport, socio-political and cultural environment, availability of recreational opportunities, the natural conditions and the state of the economy of various cities in the world.
As a result, the Baghdad was in last, 231st place. Not much better experts assessed the city of Bangui (CAR) – 230 position in the Yemen capital Sana’a – 229 place.
In addition, the top ten worst cities in the world includes Port-AU-Prince (Haiti), Khartoum (Sudan), n’djamena (Chad), Damascus (Syria), Brazzaville (Congo), Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo) and Conakry (Guinea).
Also, experts have named the best city in the world to live in. Foremost among them was Vienna, the second – Zurich, and the third to Vancouver. Behind them in the ranking Munich, Auckland, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Geneva and Basel.
