The regions receive less revenue from excise taxes in their budgets. According to a member of the Duma Committee on budget and taxes of the Faith Hansa, the situation in 2018 will only get worse.
So, from January 1, entered into force amendments to the Budget code, according to which revenues from the excise tax on diesel fuel will be distributed equally between the Federal and regional centres. Previously 100% of revenues from excise duties on diesel remained in the regions.

Gansa sure that the assurances of the Cabinet of Ministers of Russia about the fact that the innovation will not lead to a decrease in revenues of regional budgets, is not true.
