KDK UAF ordered the miner to pay a fine in the amount of 20 thousand UAH for the fact that at Metalist stadium during a match was made an announcement speaker in the Russian language. The Correspondent reports about it.

During the match Shakhtar vs Dynamo in the framework of the 14th round of the Premier League, the referee asked the speaker to announce warning about racist chants. A request of the judge complied, but a warning sounded in Russian.

“A miner was fined 20 thousand hryvnia per ads in the Russian language.

The standard is whether the punishment for such cases? It is not available in the regulations. We, taking into account the provisions of the law on the principles of functioning of the state language, adopted this decision. Ads of Russian stadiums harm the reputation of the football. The miner has assured that it will never happen again,” said the Executive Secretary of the CDC of the UAF Igor Grishchenko.
