According to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, the main factor of growth will be domestic demand and correct fiscal policy.
On Monday, a meeting of the government on budget estimates with the aim of discussing the main financial document of the country for 2018-2020 – the State budget, reports “Russian Dialogue” with reference to rg.ru.
“We are on the basic parameters agreed and decided with the forecast and with the basic principles of socio-economic policy, although it is obvious that life does not stand still, you need to look for all the processes that occur in the economy,” – said Medvedev.
The politician also noted that the main goals of future fiscal policy will be the improvement of cost structures and focus mainly on important national projects, despite the jump in oil prices and inflation.
Due to this strategy, the head of the Cabinet, will be able to overcome the consequences of external shocks, to divert the economy from recession and guide on vertical growth, to achieve low inflation.
