Earlier in the week, Mayweather arrived in Japan to officially announce the resumption of a career. American 31 December at the “Saitama Super Arena” in Saitama as part of the show promotion company “Rizin” had to fight Tensina Nasukawa.

After returning to the U.S., Mayweather on his page on “Instagram” denied the battle in Japan. Mayweather said his fight with Nasukawa will not take place because of differing with the Japanese party on organizational matters.

“I was asked to participate in a 9-minute exhibition bout of three rounds with an opponent who chose promotion “Rizin”. It was originally planned that this exhibition will be the battle for the wealthy spectators for a lot of money.

This event should not be presented as official battle, which will be broadcast on television. After my team found out about it, we were forced to withdraw from the event due to the fact the direction in which it went. I can assure you that I was stunned by those agreements that were reached without my approval,” wrote Mayweather.

Floyd Mayweather in September, has intrigued fans of Boxing a message about the resumption of a career for a rematch with Manny Pacquiao (60-7-2, 39 KO’s). American had planned to make a loud comeback to the end of the year, but the negotiations for the rematch with Pacquiao so far nothing concrete is unknown.
