Further ordered ships will be the names of towns in the former Polish territories, in particular, refers to the names of the cities of Vilnius and Ternopil.
“We are changing the names of the ships that basically are ready and are at Chinese shipyards. Gradually we are restoring the name. In Western Poland it is a nice and nostalgic name. So we want the ships had names of former Polish cities on the Eastern border lands, ” said Manager of the state-owned Polish shipping company Pavel Brzezicki.
