Ukrainian tennis player Kateryna Kozlova has reached a decisive match of the tournament WTA International in Taipei with a prize Fund of $250,000.
In the semi-finals Kozlov in his debut meeting in two batches beat the former first racket of Germany and finalist of Wimbledon 2013 Sabine Lisicki.
In the first set, the Ukrainian has twice lost a break, but was able to restore the balance. With the score 5:4 Gantry failed to submit to the party, but after a few minutes Catherine again successfully played on reception and ended the set in their favor.
Lisicki in the second set was close to make a breakthrough in the scenario of the match. The German led 4:2, but start to allow more and more unforced errors than Kozlov was able to use. Catherine made two breaks in a row and successfully sued the finals.
For the title in Taipei Kateryna Kozlova Sunday will compete with the winner of the match between van Yafang (China) and Timea Babos (Hungary). Regardless of the final outcome the player from Nikolaev Monday debuts in the top 70 of the WTA rankings.
