In the context of anonymous calls about bombs I am most interested in where our intelligence agencies.
For many years there is a costly censorship system, each communication line is installed spy equipment FSB, all of it paid by taxpayers twice, first in taxes, then in the form of higher tariffs for connection. And here in this country, where the mouse does not slip, appear anonymous telephone terrorists to paralyze the lives of dozens of public places across the country.
In my opinion, this can only mean that the great Russian security services are incompetent crooks. But they, of course, consider that this is a reason to give them even more money, because they are irreplaceable.
