DPRK leader Kim Jong-UN in his address urged North and South Korea to improve relations, to create conditions for further Association. His words leads the North Korean Agency KCNA.
The statement said that the two countries should not constantly look at your past.
“The improvement of relations between North and South is a great opportunity to unite all the inhabitants of the Korean Peninsula,” reads a text message.
It also asserts that at the moment you need to “create an atmosphere for national reconciliation and unification.”
In addition, North Korean leader urged to solve the crisis through joint efforts, but without involvement of intermediaries.
Earlier, representatives of the DPRK and South Korea held a telephone conversation for the first time in two years.
