Italian businessmen have suffered huge losses because of sanctions and countersanctions imposed by the EU and our country in 2014. For two years they lost 3.6 billion euros. The main reason is the decline in exports by 34 percent. This is stated in the message Agency ANSA, which in turn refers to the results of research of the National Confederation of companies of craft production in Venice.

Suffered all kinds of industries – from clothing and shoes to furniture and cars. The biggest losses were suffered by the businessmen of the provinces of Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna. In 2013, imports from Italy reached 10.7 billion Euro, and in 2015 exports fell by 34 percent, reaching 7.1 billion euros, the report said.
