Novelty sales will begin in the first quarter of 2019.
The company BMW will present the production version of its most large crossover X7 at a motor show in Los Angeles in November. The main markets of novelties will be China, USA and Russia.
The latter will be slightly different from the prototype Concept X7 iPerformance, which was presented at the Frankfurt motor show last year.
The BMW X7 will be built on a modular architecture CLAR, which debuted on the flagship sedan 7-Series a new generation. From Junior crossover Bavarian brand X7 will differ in the first three-row cabin, which can accommodate up to six people — two in each row.
Technical specs are still kept secret. According to unofficial data, the engine range the crossover will include six – and eight-cylinder units. Also customers will be offered and a hybrid modification of the X7. This modification X7 will be offered with the powerplant from the X5 xDrive40e (313 HP).
