Mangkhut the Typhoon made landfall in the North-East of the Philippines, causing hurricane-force winds and torrential rain.
In the night of Saturday, September 15 (local time), the Typhoon struck the city, Baggao in the province of Cagayan.
It is reported, Mangkhut Typhoon stronger than hurricane Florence, which was released on the East coast of the United States. Its power is equivalent to maximum hurricane of the fifth category. Maximum winds of up to 285 kilometers per hour.
At risk are more than 5 million people. The Philippines government has already evacuated thousands of residents, closed schools and sent rescuers and military personnel to assist.
